Most agencies claim to do everything. The market knows this is a lie. Here's what we deliberately don't offer — and what we recommend you use instead.

We don't do social media management.
Daily posting, content calendars for IG/TikTok, community management — that's a different specialty. If you need this, look for a dedicated social media manager. We can recommend a few in Kampala.

We don't design standalone logos or full brand identities.
Our visual design is in service of your web system. If you need a complete brand identity (logo, color system, brand guidelines, business cards), hire a brand designer. We work with several and can refer you.

We don't run TikTok or short-form video strategy.
The platform-specific creative work that wins on TikTok requires people who live in that medium. We don't.

We don't do influencer marketing or PR.
Different specialty entirely. We focus on owned digital territory — your website, your email list, your search rankings. We don't manage rented territory.

We don't do 'consulting' without execution.
We're builders, not consultants. If you want strategy advice without anyone implementing it, we're not the right fit. Hire a consultant for that.
Monthly retainer. No setup fees.
6 or 12 month minimum.
We don't charge upfront setup fees. Every tier starts with $0 to begin and a monthly retainer that covers everything from build to ongoing support.
We require a minimum 6-month commitment on Starter and 12 months on Growth and Enterprise. Why? Because building a web system that ranks on Google, builds an email list, and converts visitors takes time. Setting up everything for someone who'll cancel in month 2 isn't a fit for either of us.
After the minimum, the contract continues month-to-month. You can leave any time with 30 days notice.
