6 or 12 month minimum.
Each package is structured with a one-time build fee and an ongoing monthly retainer. Build fees are paid in milestone stages: 30% to start, 40% at development review, and 30% upon final launch.
We require a minimum 6-month commitment on Territory Starter and 12 months on Territory Owner and Beyond Territory. Why? Because building a web system that ranks on Google, captures leads, and drives compounding growth takes time. Setting up everything for a business that cancels in month 2 fits neither of us.
After the minimum term, contracts continue month-to-month. All fees are invoiced in UGX at the exchange rate at time of payment.
